Resilient Leadership For Smarter Teamwork

About us

These are tough times in which to exercise leadership, tough times to be a positive influence that generates personal and social transformation through teamwork that blesses our communities.

It takes a soulful depth of resilience to lead a team through the barriers that stand in the way of this kind of human flourishing.

Jazz has intriguing lessons to teach us about resilience in transformational leadership that generates flourishing teams.

It happens one conversation after another, just like jazz.

That’s what we will explore together in four days of provocative conversations in the beautiful natural surroundings of Kaslo BC.

We’ll take a leisurely pace in this 4-day series of conversations as we:

  • identify your particular aspirations provoked by some great jazz;
  • confirm the strengths and supports that will help you be a resilient transformative presence;
  • compose specific ‘chord charts’ that will energize your transformative influence; and
  • set up specific support systems to continue the honing process.

We’ll be joined by some inspiring jazz musicians to inspire our conversations.
