Let Go and Flow: A Mexico Yoga Retreat with Janice and Amy

About This Event

Through mindful movement, in harmony with sand, sun, and surf, experience the freeing sensation of letting go and opening yourself to your natural flow of abundant energy, joy, playfulness, peace, renewal, and healing!

Join Janice and Amy for a week-long retreat near Ixtapa, on the Pacific Coast of Mexico, March 2-9, 2019.

You will awaken your senses to what it means and how it feels to release and refresh through being present and mindful, as you embrace the sounds and beauty of nature, inside and out.

Each day, we will lead you in a Hatha yoga practice, meditation, and a Nia movement experience that combines yoga, dance, and martial arts.

After 34 years of friendship, and all that life has thrown at them, Janice and Amy know how to have fun and not take themselves too seriously.

This retreat is for women of all ages and all levels of fitness and experience. Whether you are new to a yoga or movement practice, or just curious – everyone is warmly welcomed!

We look forward to sinking our toes in the sand and sharing this unique experience with you!

With peace and loving kindness,

Janice and Amy

      Great staff

I have been working with True Nature Education over the past 6 months. There is such a sense of community amongst the staff and I love the abundance of knowledge that is passed along from these retreat gurus! The staff has been especially helpful and motivating me throughout my promotion of Explorations of Self: A Costa Rica Yoga Experience Jan 17-24, 2014 (My first retreat in Costa Rica). I definitely believe this is a good way to go if you are new to teaching internationally or want to continue and grow with an amazing group of spiritual and intellectual people. Thanks a million, TNE!

Thank you!

We're glad you've joined our retreat community. See you around :)

To fix me and therefore fix the world. Rogers
