About us

I will be leading this retreat at the Eden Rise Retreat Centre in Devon, in South West England. The centre has been deliberately converted for retreats and is in a beautiful location in the Devon countryside.

The centre has a large yoga room, under-floor heating throughout and wifi.  There is also a sauna which will be available during the free time in the afternoons.

Practices will include Asanas, Meditation, Spinal Breathing Pranayama and Samyama. We will also be practicing some of the advanced AYP pranayamas, including Dynamic Jalandhara Bandha, Yoni Mudra Kumbhaka and Spinal Bastrika.

The focus of the retreat will be on the cultivation of inner silence, peace-fullness, bliss and purification of the subtle body. Full instructions in practice will be given.

This retreat will be suitable for intermediate to advance level students. If you are not sure if you are at a level suitable to attend this retreat then contact me and I can let you know.

Food will be vegetarian. The food served will support a yoga and meditation practice. We can also cater for vegan diets and special diets such as dairy or gluten free, if you let us know in advance.

“What a great retreat… , it was intensive but very beautiful for the soul. The practitioners were from all walks of life, reminding me that seekers are all around us, if we only open our hearts to ask or smile. The food was exceptional, the place stunning and peaceful . It will remain with me forever and I took many teachings away with me. There is a great fellowship in practicing together with a worthy teacher. I would encourage anybody to attend at whatever point you are at in your path.” (S.M., United Kingdom)
