About us

 Join Art of Living Teachers Antoine Tinawi and Pamela Goorifor an immersion at the International Yoga Retreat Centre where you can dive deep into your practice of yoga and reconnect with nature.

The Happiness Retreat includes the internationally acclaimed Happiness Program + 3 Yoga classes, 2 Kirtans, outdoor activities such as hiking (summer) pr skating (winter), delicious healthy vegan and/or vegetarian meals and 3 nights of lodging.

The Happiness Program is the Art of Living’s 3-day workshop on mindfulness, on breathing techniques (pranayama) and on the powerful practice of Sudarshan Kriya. This program has been taught to an impressive 40 million people in over 150 countries.
