Daily fitness, yoga, meditation, sailing, ocean conservation, exquisite dining and a full moon party await us May 25-30th, 2018.

The island we've chosen is Antigua! This beautiful oceanfront villa is ours, complete with a private chef preparing healthy meals. We'll be able to eat while gazing at the stunning view of the neighboring island Montserrat.
The mornings will start off with a strength and HIIT class, followed by yoga and meditation. The classes are led by Laura, who has been in the wellness industry for over 10 years and will share her expertise in working out efficiently and safely. After breakfast we'll get ready to venture around the island by sailboat.
Vinny Mattiola, (@salty_vin) will teach us more about ocean conservation, sailing and doing our part in making more eco-friendly decisions in our daily lives. He has been sailing since 7 years of age, and has sailed around New Zealand, Australia, Fiji, Central America, the Caribbean and Mediterranean, covering 48,000 nautical miles to date. We'll learn a little each day while enjoying ourselves to the fullest on the boat and different beaches. Diving and snorkeling is available to us as well. Vinny will sail us to English Harbour to Catherine's Cafe one afternoon to lounge on round beds while enjoying a special menu the chef has prepared for us. We'll head to dinner one night right on the ocean at Sheer Rocks with the world-famous chef, Alex Grimley. He owns both Catherine's and Sheer Rocks -- and is one of the nicest people you'll ever meet. Sheer Rocks was voted as the Caribbean's best restaurant in 2018 by USA Today.

On the night of the full moon, (the 29th) we will meditate while burning palo santo. We'll hold our crystal up to the moon to recharge the stone and keep it's energy with us, make an affirmation, write it down and then our farewell party begins!
Everyone will receive a welcome bag filled with goodies.
Grow physically, mentally and spiritually, and leave feeling recharged as you head home to assimilate the benefits of these practices into your every day life.

Venue Highlights

This luxury oceanfront villa has a magnificent wrap around infinity edged pool, private terraces, fully equipped kitchen with indoor and outdoor dining. There is also an iconic Gazebo above the pool which is perfect for sunsets and private dining. This property also features a games room with table tennis and table football.

Vegan meals will be prepared by a chef. We will also go to Catherine's Cafe and Sheer Rocks, where they have prepared special menus for our group.


Shared room + shared bathroom with one other guest unless you are willing to pay for a full room to yourself.
