About us

The concept of Yin and Yang represents the constant seeking of balance through seemingly opposing, yet complimentary forces. On the physical level this balance speaks to strength and stretch or doing and undoing. Join Ambika for 3 days and 2 nights of asana practice, sound baths, and myofascial self release techniques to help you achieve and maintain more balance physically and beyond. The yoga classes will be primarily yin style (long held mostly passive poses) and restorative based as most people spend the majority of the time efforting and need more time practicing surrender. However, to keep the energy balanced throughout the retreat, there will be some yang, or more active flow offered in the morning practices. The two evening classes will feature a 45 minute healing sound bath with guest artist Tricia Rock and Ambika will teach a specialized Myofascial Self Release class for instruction and practice with this concept.

This weekend will offer time and techniques to strengthen your mind-body connection allowing for improved awareness and skills to maintain overall balance in your life.

Cost ranges from $525 – $925. For specific pricing, pictures, and reservations click here https://www.yogambika.com/colorado-retreat . Feel free to message Ambika with any questions.

Why Retreat?

We asked people why they go on retreat, here's what they said:
