Social Meditation: Adults of All Ages

About us

This Social Meditation group practice is open to adults of all ages. We gather on the fourth Monday of every month for meditation instruction followed by 30 minutes of sitting meditation practice. We then offer social meditation and have time for socializing and snacks at the end. In the group practice of social meditation we explore what it means to speak from our present experience. It provides a space that fosters genuine communication and helps us bring the practice of meditation into our lives.

Sitting - 6:30-7pm
Social Meditation - 7-8pm
Socializing and snacks - 8-8:30pm
