About This Event

Past participants of the Shape of Awake weekthun are warmly welcomed to sit a half nyinthun (half day of meditation) one or more days of our annual weekthun! Weekthun leader, Hope Martin, also a long time trainer in the Alexander Technique will guide us in the principles of postural alignment and letting go in the context of intensive meditation practice.

8am-1pm or 12pm-6pm  $45 per session  Includes Lunch

8am-12pm or 2pm-6pm   $35 per session  Does Not Include Lunch - choose "Pay what you can afford" option, write in amount and write "no meal" in comment box

Please note which day/session you will be attending in the "comments" box on Registration page. If coming for more than one session, register separately for each one.
