About us

Meditation can offer a safe environment for learning to face fear and other strong emotions. Over time, you can begin to develop fearlessness, taking your first steps toward genuine, unshakable confidence.

Prerequisites:  At least two other courses in this series: Meditation in Everyday Life, Contentment in Everyday Life, Joy in Everyday Life, and/or Fearlessness in Everyday Life.

Our Generosity Policy:  We want our programs to be accessible to everyone. So if money's a problem, please register and pay what you can comfortably afford, based on your own personal circumstances.

Our Centre is funded entirely by donations and program fees. By paying the Patron Price, you can help make these programs possible. Thank you for your generosity.

Why Retreat?

We asked people why they go on retreat, here's what they said:

Because I sometimes work up to 16 hours a day, and need time to stop and breathe. Mary

Retreat Guru's Vision

We believe human beings are innately wise, strong and kind. This wisdom, although not always experienced, is always present. Going on retreat is a beautiful way to reconnect to our basic sanity and health. Our aspiration at Retreat Guru is to inspire people to experience authentic retreats and reconnect with their innate wisdom, strength and kindness.
