About This Event

We can learn to trust ourselves as we are, not as we think we should be. If we trust ourselves, we won’t second guess our emotions. We can actually be free of arrogance.

If we can experience contentment, we can find confidence and trust in ourselves. Confidence is a genuine sense of self-respect. A sense of friendliness towards ourselves can teach us to rest in our experience of the present. When we experience the now, we can being to appreciate our self and our world as it is, develop a sense of humble curiosity about life. Let’s explore.
