Community Shambhala Sadhana

About us

The Kongma Sakyong Mipham Rinpoche has requested that on or near the full moon, we gather as a community to practice the Shambhala Sadhana. The Shambhala Sadhana is a powerful chanting practice that deepens our understanding, feeling, and appreciation of the profound and pervasive qualities of basic goodness in ourselves, others, and in society.

On the first Sunday of the month, Morning Meditation will be merged with the Community Shambhala Sadhana. All are welcome to experience this transformative practice.

Why Retreat?
