Weekend Experience at Loon Call Retreat

About This Event

Loon Call Retreat is a wellness destination.  Yoga, mindfulness, nature, positive psychology, community and fun are combined to provide the perfect antidote to relax, laugh, rejuvenate and dream.  The experience is a fusion of Lanark County charm and Asian influence.

A journey of self-discovery, rejuvenation and dreaming begins in a single weekend.   Our time together follows the cycle of discovery, dream, design and destiny as you work on personal goals,  self-reflect or simply relax and unwind.

Yoga, mindfulness, positive psychology,  healing nature walks or simply unwinding in the hot tub and enjoying the views are all components of your weekend escape.

Loon Call Retreat stirs the spirit, calms the mind, energizes the body and awakens the dream!

Four unique yoga classes and mindfulness time designed around the four-stage appreciative inquiry process - discovery, dream, design and destiny.

Why Retreat?

We asked people why they go on retreat, here's what they said:

To find peace and renewal while going through a huge change in my life. Empty nest and the end of a 27 year marriage all at once. Susan
