I stepped into a yoga studio over 11 years ago and it slowly started to transform me. I began attending trainings, workshops, and retreats that helped me become who I am today. As a Salvadoran-American with Mayan & Pipil roots, I want to show that Latinas can help heal others through ancestral practices and my very own mystical meditation and Kundalini yoga.
Details of this retreat
There's a version of you that's been waiting underneath the noise. The one who remembers her rhythm, her worth, her own sacred pace.
Sacred Radiance is where she gets to come up for air.
Set in the jungles of Tulum, this retreat weaves together kundalini yoga, cacao ceremony, temazcal, and Mayan healing traditions, held by facilitators rooted in this land and its lineage. This isn't a retreat about escaping your life. It's about returning to yourself with more clarity, more reverence, and more room to breathe.
Imagine waking to the sound of the jungle, moving your body through kundalini practice as the sun rises, and closing each day around fire and cacao, in circle with women walking the same path.
This is what my sacred radiance retreat will bring you: connection to this world, to yourself, and to nourishment and being.

Afternoon
Lunch together in community. Then step into an elemental or Mayan healing workshop, held by local practitioners rooted in this land's traditions.
Evening
Dinner as the sky changes color. Close the day with yoga nidra, a full-body reset before sleep.
