About us

Join Ashleigh Beyer for a glorious week soaking in Nature’s highest healing on the Caribbean Coast of Costa Rica. Feel a heightened sense of equanimity upon arrival to this rainforest sanctuary, so close to the equator. Each moment in this bio-diverse ecosystem will be a clearing for your mind, body, and spirit.

Let your system cycle in the cleanest, greenest air, and the sounds of the rainforest from the moment you arrive, during yoga, and even in your peaceful sleeping. Each day will begin with an open level vinyasa flow class and meditation to activate your highest receiving of the healing of Nature. Throughout the retreat you will enjoy delicious vegetarian cuisine as well as the gift of sangha (community); yoga feels better when done in a group! Each day will end with a grounding restorative practice to further heal, dim the lights of the day, and prepare for dinner and restful sleep.

Ashleigh’s vinyasa, restorative, and meditation offerings will connect you to the five elements within. Feeling fully alive in the presence of Nature within will help ground you for your stay and enjoy your time, whether you choose to read, get a massage, or soak in the jacuzzi. The morning practice might also enliven you to venture out on a guided hike through the rainforest, or into Puerto Viejo for shopping and local flavor, or down to the beach for a swim in the ocean. As we approach Spring Equinox so close to the equator, you’ll feel evermore balanced in relaxed and open presence, receiving Hatha Yoga’s gift of a balance of Sun and Moon within.

Why Retreat?

We asked people why they go on retreat, here's what they said:

It would my first vacation in the mountains. I think getting away and beginning a new routine would be good for me and a friend. Dianne
