Weaving together their passion of yoga, mindfulness, radix and meditation. Jules will guide you through Inspiring, transformative, daily yoga/meditation practice.
Tanya will be using Radix Body Centred Psychotherapy exercises to enliven and enrich your experience of yourself both internally and in relationship with others. The work will be dynamic, challenging, engaging and fun! Radix work powerfully utilises your body, voice, breath, movement and sound to facilitate a deep connection to yourself and your emotions. Radix is embodied mindfulness in action. Tanya hopes to take you to unfamiliar places in unfamiliar ways.

Venue HighlightsThe iconic property Seacroft is situated between Lorne and Apollo Bay on the Great Ocean Road two and half hours from Melbourne, Australia. Formerly known as ‘Woodburn’ (1880-1950) and San José (1950-2011) this significant coastal property and former monastery is currently being restored and redeveloped as a residence and retreat. Set on 15 acres of ocean-front land, Seacroft borders the state forest and has 180 degree views along the coast from Cape Patton in the east to Apollo Bay in the west.<br /> <br /> There is a secluded beach right across the road with amazing volcanic rock pools to explore, swimming holes in the rocks that warm up during the day and a sandy little beach. There is also a spectacular 45 minute walk from Seacroft to the Carisbrook Waterfalls.<br /> <br /> There is a major koala population 5 minutes up the road, a multitude of different birds, echidnas and kangaroos if you are lucky, fishing off the rocks in front, dolphins who regularly visit and whales in the winter!
