About us

This 50 hour intensive yoga course trains and aims to guide the students to establish a harmonious lifestyle for themselves and share their experiences with others for the better life. Give yourself the opportunities to learn and have a magical life-changing experience of yoga, with this 50-hour yoga teacher training program in Rishikesh, India. This training mainly consists of the traditional Hatha and Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga styles. 

After this, you will be ready for the 200-hour yoga teacher training program. Feel the change within you and your yoga-teaching technique. This teacher training is a multi-style program for beginners with basic knowledge of yoga. After the completion of the course, the students will be given a certification of the completion of the 50-hour yoga training program from Himalayan Yoga Meditation Transition (HYMT). This 50-hour yoga teacher training will be held by experienced reputed meditation guides and the team of accomplished yoga teachers.

06:00-06:15 - Karma Yoga & Mantra chanting
06:15-07:00 - Shat-kriyas & Pranayama practices
07:00-08:30 - Warm-up exercises, joints and glands following hatha yoga asanas
08:30-10:00 - Breakfast and free time
10:00-11:15 - Yoga Philosophy
11:15-12:30 - Yoga anatomy & physiology workshops
13:00-14:30 - Lunch
14:30-15-45 - Teaching Methodology/Ayurveda/Practice Teaching
16:00-16:15 - Tea break
16:15-18:00 - Astanga Vinyasa sessions
18:30-19:30 - Dinner and free time
19:30–20:30 - Guest lectures/Satsanga/Meditation/Audios and videos/Self-study 21:00 - Go Sleep!
