We can live without food for weeks and water for days, but air for just a few brief minutes. While we spend a great deal of time and attention on what we eat and drink, we pay practically no attention to the air we breathe. Breathing is absolutely essential to life, but it’s often overlooked as a necessity for good health in the body, mind, and spirit.

Breathwork is the most powerful physical, emotional and psychological healing mechanism, right beneath our noses waiting to be explored; yet we rarely give it more than a passing thought.

Breathing, beyond the basic need for survival, acts as a bridge between body, mind, and spirit; between the conscious and the subconscious.

Breath of Life is a process of self-discovery to experience inner healing and transformation by the amazing power of breath. It’s a great way to hit the ‘reset’ button, rejuvenate and re-energize yourself and release the stress and tension that you don’t even realize you are holding onto until it’s gone!
