Venue Highlights

Mala Dhara Eco Resort is just 30 minutes from Chang Mai International Airport and 10 minutes from the Doi Saket Hot Springs. When planning your retreat is it is imperative that you do not forget your bathing suit! If you don’t fancy the hot springs then their salt water pool is the perfect antidote to a long deep yoga practice. Soak up the sounds of our pool’s waterfall as you bide your time between meals or rounds in their herbal sauna.

The vegan Kin Dee Restaurant is the very heart of the Mala Dhara and reflects their attitudes and ethos. Food is fun, fresh, local, organic and the menu reflects the season. They even have their very own wood fired pizza oven.

The Mala Dhara Organic Farm is the newest addition to the Mala Dhara Resort family. The Farm sits on several rai directly adjacent to the Mala Dhara Resort and serves as the primary source of vegetables, rice, peanuts, and limes for their Kin Dee restaurant. In fact, those choosing the Bamboo Dorm option will find themselves staying in and amongst the farm.

Why Retreat?

We asked people why they go on retreat, here's what they said:

Desire to learn more meditation practices, spend more time in spiritual community. Heather
