Aurora Sol

Aurora Sol, also known as Medicine Woman, is someone who has been on a quest for a deeper connection. Along her journey, she has gained experience and knowledge, becoming a facilitator of sacred medicines such as "Grandmother" Ayahuasca, Kambo, and Bufo. Aurora Sol is a composer and singer, as well as the founder of the musical group Corazón Medicina and an organizer of ceremonies in Ancestral Traditions Riviera. She has been working with Peruvian Ayahuasca and Kambo medicines, learning from master Diego Sánchez of the Shipibo tradition. Blessed with the opportunity to share the Medicine of Taita in the third generation: José Elicier Silva, she carries a lifelong pursuit of spirituality.

Juan Guillermo is 43 years old and was born in Mexico. It is the “corridor of the temazcal”. A runner is a spiritual and healing guide, works inside the enclosure and reminds people of the ritual meaning of the temazcal, raising prayers and singing requests healing from Pachamama, fire, water and wind. "In our ceremony, we first connect with our body through some simple exercises, then we open the Rumbos, we deliver our intention to the sacred fire and we enter the Temazcal!! Rodrigo is the eagle of fire, he collects the firewood, lights the "abuelitas" and is at the service of the Temazcal Corridor.

The weekly retreat takes place over 4 days. 3 nights

Day 1- Meeting at Sadhana Lodge or Tulum in the afternoon.
Vegetarian or vegan dinner to prepare for the ceremony or session of medicines, meditation, cleaning with ancestral Maya music.

Day 2 - No breakfast because it is prepared with Kambo water.

Vegetarian / vegan lunch
At 6.30 pm departure for Puerto Morelos for Ayahuasca ceremony
We spend the night in the forest and participate in the Ayahuasca Ceremony

Day 3- In the morning we return to Sadhana Lodge
Relaxation and swimming pool to meditate on the experience of the previous night.

Day 4 - Preparation for the Bufo Ceremony

Schedule

Interview with the facilitator to get in tune
Find a comfortable position in contact with nature
Explanation of the inhalation technique for a better experience.
The experience will always be guided and monitored by the facilitators with sounds and songs.
At the end of the experience In accordance with personal needs, you can choose to communicate with the facilitator or choose to enjoy the soft landing intimately.
Fresh fruit and water will be served at the end of the experience.

Cancun Airport is 140 km away.
A paid transfer service is offered to and from the airport.

Sadhanaexperience offers 5 Cabins equipped with double bed and single bed, private bathroom, air conditioning, safe, wifi, designed and built in harmony with nature. In the apartments we offer 2 double bedrooms with private bathroom, air conditioning, wifi. The Apartments is equipped with a full kitchen, living room wifi, air conditioning. on the outside there is a wood-burning oven and an area for lunch and dinner available to guests.
