We will be staying in a stunning family-owned Tuscan villa, practicing daily yoga, taking bike rides, visiting gorgeous vineyards, taking cooking classes, dining on delicious Italian food, indulging on divine wine, and getting plenty of R&R!

Diana has been practicing various Hatha Yoga traditions including Iyengar, Ashtanga, Vinyasa, and Bikram Yoga for the last eighteen years. Over the years, not only has she been running the Hot Yoga Studio in MD, she has been a devoted practioner of various yoga traditions and teaching Bikram Yoga and Hot Vinyasa Yoga.
Her class is described as being fun, authentic, high energy, and alignment oriented; Diana will give you corrections and adjustments when you are ready for them.
She is registered with Yoga Alliance as an E-RYT at the 500-hour level and a provider of 200 Hour Teacher Training Program along with continuing education at her Studio.

The center itself is imbued with fresco walls, intoxicating landscapes, delicious cuisine, pool and lounging area, and a beautiful group space. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are prepared daily and include healthy vegetarian options. The food is organic when available and prepared with nourishing ingredients.
