A bespoke yoga and wellness retreat made for you. I will be happy to work with you in creating a retreat that works for you in your life.

The Willow Retreat is the Best off-grid space in Ireland. It is a place of peace and tranquility. You can be still, do yoga, meditate, relax, refresh and self care in the heart of nature. I will be happy to work with you to create a bespoke retreat that fulfills your needs.

6am wake up and enjoy a cup of green/ginger/lemon/lime tea of your choice
6.30am Take a wander in nature (optional)
7-9am Sitting in silence & writing Meditation
9am-1130am Yoga, breathing and meditation session with me
11.30-noon free time
Noon-Brunch
12.45-14hrs karma yoga
14hr-15.45hrs-rest time
15.45hrs-tea
16-17.30 Yoga Meditation and breathing
17.30-6.30pm free time
6.30pm Dinner time

Relax and be free for the evening

Day 3

7-9am Stillness and silence meditation & writing meditation
9-11.30am Yoga, breathing and meditation session with me
11.30-Noon free time
Noon- Brunch
12.45-14hr karma yoga

16-17.30 Yoga Meditation and breathing
17.30-6.30pm Hot foot bath with lemon and rose & free time
6.30pm Dinner time

6.30am Take a wander in nature (optional)
7-9m- Personal time-Reading,Writing, Resting, relaxing
9am-11.30 Yoga, breathing and meditation session with me

noon- Brunch

Noon-14hrs Reflection with tea
14hrs Home time

Menu Types

Menu/Cuisine

Fresh organic home made soups, raw salads, spelt breads and lots of teas.

Accommodations

The space is a wooden palace. It has a wonderful stove, a comfy daybed, a desk for writing and reflecting, a stylish and comfy armchair for all your reading, drinking tea and relaxing needs. There is a kitchen with all you will need. A fire pit is there outside so you can be entertained by the stars at night. The bathroom is beside the cabin with a compost toilet, your towels & your natural shower.

Directions

Dublin or Shannon Airport in Ireland is possible. You can take a train or bus to Galway city. From there you can grab a bus ride to the local villages of either Clarenbridge or Craughwell and I will be happy to collect you from there.
