Join us for 3 weeks in Sacred India!

Traditional Ayurvedic Panchakarma, Sacred Sites, Yoga, Meditation and time in the presence of Spiritual Masters.

WEEK 1: February 8-15 – Coimbatore

– 7-Day Panchakarma Therapy at Maitreyi Vedic Village (inclusive of all organic food, vastu-aligned accommodation, consultations and treatments)

– Daily Yoga & Meditation

– Travel from the Ayurvedic Center to Isha Ashram for 1 Day & Night stay in this traditional Vedic Ashram setting.


WEEK 2: February 16-20 – Tiruvannamalai

– Travel by train from Coimbatore to Tiruvannamalai

– Spend days at Ramana Ashram, Meditating in the Caves and his Sacred Temple, etc.

– Pilgrimage around the Sacred Arunachala Mountain

– Daily Yoga & Meditation

– Travel by Bus from Tiruvannamalai


WEEK 3: February 20-28 – Auroville & Pondicherry

–  Discover the intentional community Auroville, established by Sri Aurobindo & Mother

– Experience daily “Kalaripayattu” Classes, an ancient vedic martial art with masters from this tantric lineage

– Daily meditations in the ‘Matrimandir’ – the Golden Temple of the community

– Visits to various “Integral Yoga” projects and activities throughout the community

– Visit to the Aurobindo Ashram in Pondicherry

– Daily Yoga & Meditation




Arrival: February 8 – Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu

Departure: February 29 – Chennai, Tamil Nadu
