- We share a simple formula and shortcut exercise how to get to the point when we can accept ourselves fully. The workshop is to open ourselves to connect with us, ourselves, and to have contentment within. We will learn how to commit to love ourselves first and no longer depending on what’s from outside, no longer ‘committed to our fears and insecurities. How we build our trust in self and believe in our own magic and our beauties.
