Here, we will introduce your hosts for the week. Billy & Jacqui, owners of OWR and Bayberry Inn . Billy and Jacqui are the House Hosts at each OWR retreat. They are the facilitators of Oregon Wellness Retreats and owners of the Bayberry Inn. (Their home and business). A note from Billy and Jacqui- “ First and foremost we are individuals who have been through our own “demons”, struggles, “unfair” life circumstances, and personal inflictions. We are people who have made the wrong choices, used unhealthy ways of coping through hurts, and have experiences MANY life transitions- wanted or not. We are also persons who have learned MANY lessons, put into practice healthy ways to maneuver through trials, chosen to live life with accountability, and ways to become more fluid with what “life throws at us”. We are a couple whom utilizes all we have experienced prior to be more productive and present, for what we want now and for our futures. And are more equipped and ready for REAL life struggles that come our way. We have a deep compassion for others in pain. A yearning to always keep learning. A passion for experiencing new things and embracing the Everyday “mundane” – that makes life “Life”. We desire to create a space to help others to discover how to live their most fulfilled and authentic selves, in their own journeys. “ When Billy and Jacqui made the decision to follow their dreams and work in the field of hosting and serving others, they decided Ashland Oregon was the perfect place. And the beautiful “Bayberry Inn Bed & Breakfast” would be the ideal location to acquire and continue to run as a beloved B&B, to host their family gatherings on special occasions. Including their eight grown children, their kids’ partners, and grandchildren. While also, being the perfect facility for their other baby “Oregon Wellness Retreat”. Therefore, Billy transitioned out of his 25-year career within a multibillion dollar- worldwide company. And took his many years of mentoring, business degrees, and his love of supporting and encouraging others into the field of welcoming and hosting others, on a more personal level. Jacqui, after 20 years working as an artist and 8 years in private healthcare and Life Coach for the State of California, jumped at the chance to connect with and care for couples in their time of respite and the chase of enjoying life’s experiences, together. Jacqui is, accredited through the American Association of Drugless Practitioners, and carry accreditations in Natural Holistic Remedies, and dozens of certifications in continued education within the medical care field. NLP Practitioner and certified in DBT,SFBT, and Group Therapy. She is the Apothecarial Chemist behind every formula used in Botanically Fused Formulas (BFF LLC, also based out of Ashland, OR). For over a decade, part of Billy's last position, at a world wide organization, was to mentor and overhaul cultural dynamics within established systems. He implemented ground breaking phycological and managerial techniques to create more productive and peaceful relations for the employees themselves. Which lead the way for increased production and minimized conflicts and costs of manufacturing, overall. Billy also has a passion for financial coaching and has helped many in the way of creating a more comfortable future. Their leadership and coaching passions are unique in that they help individuals find empowerment and self-advocacy their existing skills and gifts. While being a source of encouragement and support for gaining additional tools, in the areas clients wish to address. And aiding in the discovery for most productive ways to implement them into the individuals real life goals and trials
