The word solstice literally means stopping or standing still, from the Latin word solstitum – sol (sun) and stitum (to stop) – making it the ideal day to take some time to be still and check in with where you are at this midpoint of the year. What better place to do this than in this stunning and tranquil spot with other like minded yogis.
What better way to see in the summer solstice! ☀️Yoga, meditation, relaxing treatments, good local food, great company, and all washed down with a lovely glass or two of delicious bio-dynamic wine surrounded by the serene and very beautiful French countryside!
