Unnata Aerial Yoga combines traditional yoga with aerial training. This Unnata Aerial Yoga class is focused on working your core muscles and cultivating all over strength. Restorative (Last Sunday of every month from 4:30-6pm)
Wind down the week-end with this gentle therapeutic yoga class. Using gravity to lengthen and stretch and Pratayama (yogic breathing), this mellow yoga class will leave you feeling open, refreshed and relaxed.
