One way to take care of the mid-winter blues is to enjoy some healthy and delicious food. In these hands-on classes, you will learn to whip up several delectable dishes that will be oh-so-pleasing to your taste buds and oh-so-good for your body. This is a sure -fire way to get inspired about cooking and eating whole local foods. There is another Slow Foods Cooking Class scheduled for February 9th, 2013 - Sign up for both as they are each beautifully unique.
