Hridaya retreats in New Zealand create a quiet and supportive environment to immerse yourself in Self-Enquiry and silence and reap its benefits. The program includes a presentation of techniques from different meditation and mystic traditions (and the time to practice them), inspirational talks on the vision of non-duality (Advaita Vedanta), and a daily Hridaya Hatha Yoga practice to relax the body and harmonize its energies. This retreat is suitable for both beginners and those with an established practice.
