Allow yourself the treat to just Be and rejoice in the beauty and wisdom of the Heart while learning about Hridaya meditation and how to establish your own meditation practice.


Creating a quiet and supportive environment, a group retreat is the best way to immerse yourself into Self Enquiry and silence and reap the benefits of it.

In the sessions of the retreat there is a presentation of techniques from different meditation and mystical traditions and the time to practice them, inspirational talks sharing the vision of Non-duality (Advaita Vedanta) and a daily Hridaya hatha yoga practice to relax the body and harmonise its energies.


A retreat suitable both for beginners and for people with an established practice - the Hridaya approach makes it exciting and easy to fall in love with Awareness


Hridaya (meaning the Spiritual Heart) is a spiritual path based on the philosophy of non-duality, advaita, and the teachings of the great Indian sage Ramana Maharishi. Nevertheless, it combines techniques from all authentic spiritual traditions (Buddhism, Sufism, Yoga, Christian mysticism) in order to provide a broad and comprehensive view in the search for the Self. A search that starts and ends in the Heart.


Hridaya meditation has proven benefits on all levels of our being - physical health, mental clarity, emotional release, deeper self-knowledge, life, lived in alignment with our innermost truth and an open heart.

7.00 - 9.00 - Meditation sessions

9.00 - 10.00 - Breakfast

10.00 - 11.00 - Teachings

11.15 - 12.30 - Hatha yoga

12.30-13.30 - Meditation

13.30 - 15.30 - Lunch and rest

15.30 - 16.30 - Yoga practice (relaxation/pranayama)

16.30 - 19.00 - Meditation sessions

19.00 - 20.00 - Dinner

20.00 - 21.30 - Questions and answers / Technique presentation/ Practice

Menu Types

Menu/Cuisine

Usually light breakfast, muesli (including gluten free option upon request) with plant-based milk, fruit and tea
Bigger lunch which includes at least one plant source of protein, one source carbs and some fresh greens/ salad
Lighter dinner, usually soup, gluten free bread and dips

Accommodations

Single beds in a shared room of 4 or 2 or in a single room upon request.
Simple yet tidy and super cosy.
Toilets and bathrooms are shared.
BYO bedding and toiletries.
