Gratitude and Mindfulness Retreat

5 day intensive retreats and  5 night (full Silent Meditation Retreat) 

From 6am to 6pm

*No reading, No phone, No talking, No writing allowed

**Dharma talk every afternoon, where question and answer with Tunjung allowed. (not in giving opinion to other’s opinion). 

This meditation retreat is all about exercise being conscious, to observe all feelings and thoughts, to observe self, body phenomena, the whole atmosphere and environment, to watch how thought, mind and feeling coming and going, a discipline to non attachment but being watchful and mindful. Almost 24 hours per day in 5 day retreat is a luxurious gift to get connected with inner self, body-mind-soul, to listen, to watch, to understand, to allow us disconnected with outside world but all about our self – inside world which has been left for awhile or long time or even never been explored or seen. This is self-detox, self-refreshing, self-cleansing, self-rejoicing, as well as a restart for the whole body mind and soul system, to give new energy, new perspectives, new understanding, and self love which are all about self empowering to live the life. 

This retreat somehow will allow our body to move, to stretch with guidance, to walk, to create mandala (as one of powerful mindfulness meditations), as well as to listen and ‘speak to Tunjungas a teacher and spiritual guide. In this way, we can easily practice this mindfulness meditation later in our day-to-day life after.

Event Highlights

  • This retreat is a silent retreat from morning to morning, full for five days and five nights. It is designed for everybody to exercise, practice, and feel how to reconnect with themselves, to connect with feelings mostly, and be grateful for every single thing. It builds consciousness and awareness in every layer of the life which comes by within silence, from simple moves or less activity. We will observe and feel all physical phenomena, mind – thoughts and feelings, we will listen to ourselves, to meet the wisdom in the speech, thoughts, and actions.
