About This Event

Join Tunjung’s deep seven days The Art of Letting Go: Body, mind, soul liberation group retreat that will help you find away to release anxiety, guilt, sadness, anger and attachment and replace them with love, joy, self-acceptance and freedom. Seven days will be great to really have special day to day exercise and receive the healing energy from both self and from Tunjung. Experiencing self-exercise within a group retreat will allow individual to have deep interaction and connection. This will raise self-reflection as well as empathy to others.

  • This retreat is an intensive day-to-day practice of self-growth to set a habit in working with body, breathing, feelings, emotions, mind and thoughts. Seven day is the complete exercise of the art of letting go formula; acceptance, understanding & compassion, forgiveness and trust & surrender, toward the body, soul and mind liberation. Self and group process, body movement and breathing, group sharing, guided meditation are the daily discipline schedule, with one day of silence, also experiencing different types of healing. The retreaters will bring home a set of individual practical steps to continue the journey after.

Set in the charming village of Lodtunduh, the elegant resort offers an exclusive ambiance of private retreat. The main area of the retrat will be set in the open gazebo overlooking Bali’s rice terraces and tranquil nature.
