My personal practice was not always sharp and strong - I had to learn how to make it that way with great habits. Practicing ineffective poses over and over again builds slow af, but using my proven methods and techniques takes anyone’s yoga practice to the next level - whatever that level may be.

And everything we do on the mat is practice for and parallel to how we live our lives. We all know that doing “the right thing” is usually the harder choice at first, but over time those good choices get easier and easier with repetition. So as we make good physical choices on the mat we get physically stronger but also mentally stronger in the ability to make the more challenging short-term decision for long-term benefit and ease.

This Getaway will focus on great habits in both the physical yoga practice and in the mental and spiritual practice of yoga. We will take time every day for focused mediation and discussion incorporating all aspects of yoga.

And because we literally are what we eat, we will experience a completely gluten-free and totally delicious way of eating, specially curated to explore other possible personal food sensitivities. If you are already gluten-free you know how wonderful a GF vacation is and if you’re not sure gluten affects you at all, this is the best way to find out.

You will come back from this trip with limitless new tools for yoga and life, an understanding of the foods that fuel you best, a tan, and a great group of yoga friends!
