About us

Our conference rooms are available to 501(c)(3) non-profit groups such as government, school, and church groups. We are available for daytime group use Monday through Saturday.

Our monastic grounds are quiet, peaceful and green with trees and other plants. Since January 2007, our monastic grounds have been smoke-free; you’ll enjoy breathing our fresh air.

We compost food and brown paper, and recycle as much as we can. We invite you to help us keep the landfill free of everything that can be recycled or composted.

Several meeting rooms are available. One or more is sure to fit your needs.

We have a large Multipurpose Room with chairs and six-foot tables. The room can be divided into two rooms, each very comfortable for 20-45 people with tables. The full room can accommodate up to 150 seated lecture style. The room is carpeted and has windows looking out on the wooded grounds.

The Multipurpose Room is equipped with internet access, both hardwired and wireless.

Across a short walkway,The Spirituality Center offers the use of two rooms. The Sophia Room is a comfortable room for up to 20 people and the Guadalupe Room holds 6-8 in a more casual atmosphere. The Sophia Room may have access to a kitchen.

Both buildings have ramps and are wheelchair accessible. You may have an outside caterer provide meals or coffee service. Ask us about referrals.

Why Retreat?

We asked people why they go on retreat, here's what they said:

I teach yoga part time and am a mom of two toddlers full time. I love my life, but goodness do I need a break. My husband and I have been putting off our wedding ceremony for 4 years because life has gotten in the way. We haven't had a single night alone since our family has grown. I wouldn't change a thing about our lives now, but it would be so wonderful to remember what it's like to 'just be us.' Antrim

Retreat Guru's Vision

We believe human beings are innately wise, strong and kind. This wisdom, although not always experienced, is always present. Going on retreat is a beautiful way to reconnect to our basic sanity and health. Our aspiration at Retreat Guru is to inspire people to experience authentic retreats and reconnect with their innate wisdom, strength and kindness.
