200 Hour Weekend Program Teacher Training

About This Event

Immerse yourself in the experience of yoga in this 6 month intensive to develop and refine your personal practice, learn how to teach various types of yoga including hot yoga, vinyasa flow and multi-level classes. The teacher training is commitments that will require you to investigate places within yourself where you may not have ventured before, and will reward you with the recognition of strengths you may not know exist. Showing up physically, remaining present mentally and emotionally, and being up for having fun are all essentials to complete the training. January 10 -11 & January 24-25

February: 14-15 & February 28 - March -1

March: 14-15 & March: 28-29

April: 11-12 & April: 25-26

May: 9-10 & May 16-17
