A total mind and body reset. Attendees will learning the basic of putting together the ideal workout. Understanding foods and how it makes us feel. Putting together the best nutrition program for you as well as clear goals and intentions. Going through meditations, affirmations and breakthroughs . When retreat is over the attendees should feel energized, refocused, clear with goals and intentions, a better understanding of food and proper weight training and creating lifelong relationships with others.   Adding in the elements of Arizona based wellness activist and photographer Tiffany Alanoori.  The goal is to celebrate health and wellness surrounded by women supporting women, empowering each other, connecting with others with the same story.  Our mission is to Bring women together for a Self Love Photo shoot to show women they are beautiful just the way they are!

Event Highlights

  • This 4 night luxury retreat will feature celebrity wellness coach Felicia Romero, and the popularly know Arizona Self Love photographer, Tiffany Alanoori. The retreat will be based from our beach front luxury villa, and will boast not only the most remarkable accommodation on the island of Isla Mujeres, but also the finest culinary experiences available. Retreat will include airport transfers, use of a golf cart for independent and shared exploration of the island, gourmet meals, massage, daily seminars with fitness expert Felicia Romero, a private photo shoot with Self Love photographer Tiffany Alanoori, a group welcome event, a trip by private boat to the protected island of Isla Contoy, culinary class, and so much more!

Casa Coco is located directly on the bay side shores of the beautiful Isla Mujeres. We are perched above the sea, with access to an incredible private beach area, and views that exceed remarkable. Our incredible dedicated fitness space overlooks the Caribbean Sea, from the rooftop palapa. DAY 1:

Group Dinner - going over objectives of the retreat and introductions
DAY 2: Morning workout and stretch session on the beach - 8am

9am- Breakfast
10:30- Nutrition seminar- Understanding hormonal imbalances, metabolic fatigue , thyroid conditions- how the way we eat can affect this
12pm- Lunch
1pm - Goal setting for the retreat - setting real and attainable goals for lifelong success - Group therapy session and really getting to the root of our feelings.
3-6pm - Free Time / Massage / Spa
3pm - 6pm - * Optional Tour Via Golf Cart of Isla Mujeres
3-6pm - Casual / Lifestyle Photoshoot
7pm - Evening yoga by beach/meditation
8pm - Dinner out on the famous Hidalgo Street
DAY 3:

8am- Breakfast
10am- 20 min HIIT session on beach - learn how to perform a HIIT (high intensity interval training) and going through my favorite types of HIIT.
11am- Best exercises for GLUTE building - how to shape the lower body
12pm Lunch
2pm- 5pm- Breakout sessions (one on one with Felicia) and putting together the best program for you to do at home.
2pm-5pm - Individual Self Love Photo sessions with Tiffany Alanoori
6pm - Dinner- cooking demo (healthy)
DAY 4:

7am- Sunrise Morning run on the beach/stretching
8am- Breakfast
930am - Excursion to the beautiful Isla Contoy
3pm- Free Time / Massage / Spa
3pm -6pm Individual Self Love Photo sessions with Tiffany Alanoori
7pm- Dinner - Group talk , last night affirmations etc
