About This Event
The yoga sequence and acupuncture points youll experience are designed to encourage calmness and acceptance as we transition out of summer and into fall. Both yoga and acupuncture connect body and mind. Having received her yoga teaching certification from Kula Yoga Project, she offers students a balance of movement and breath that leads to mindbody connection and centering. While yoga, for some, may begin on the mat, Karen encourages students to bring their practice beyond the studio walls and into their everyday lives. She received her acupuncture degree from Tri-State College of Acupuncture, one of the leading schools in the country; and her yoga teacher certification from Om Yoga Center.
