Do you ever wonder why, as you are trying to fall asleep, everything you couldn’t remember to do during the day comes flooding back, leaving your mind full to overflowing? If you are one of the roughly 60 million Americans who suffer from insomnia, then join us for Mindful Sleep and take back your night.

In this workshop, we will:

  • Look at how and why we sleep
  • Learn how to use mindfulness practices to “un-fill” your overflowing mind and promote healthy sleep
