About This Event

This six day, five night retreat will be a quest to pursue wholeness through immersion into the ancient wisdoms of yoga, Thai massage and Chinese Medicine. Exploring and combining these modalities will guide us toward a deeper connection with oneself and nature. Daily acroyoga practice will awaken our playful nature, and foster effective communication and trust with others. Together we will hike through the mountains, rejuvenate in the hotsprings and reflect on the power of the natural world. It will be a practice in joy & inspiration, grounding & connection, healing & renewal, gratitude & compassion. We will celebrate the upcoming full moon and fall equinox, and the coinciding transition of elements in Chinese Medicine. From the Earth element, associated with Late Summer, we will move into the Metal element, associated with Autumn.

My heart is so incredibly full. This has been one of the best weeks of my life!

Why Retreat?

We asked people why they go on retreat, here's what they said:

To fix me and therefore fix the world. Rogers
