YOGA W/GLORIA & KIM
These yoga classes are designed for all levels, incorporating breathing, stretching, and fluid movements. The postures and techniques help to stabilize and calm the nervous system, strengthen muscles, and tone the organs, bringing more ease and circulation throughout the body. You can expect to feel more relaxed, aware, harmonized, and energized from this yoga practice.
MEDITATION W/ KAMALI
This meditation is designed to attune to all of your senses to tap in to the present moment and to all that is arising. We will be sitting, breathing, and visualizing to cultivate deeper awareness.
WILD DEVOTION W/ STEPHANIE
This class will be a gentle lunar flow, inspired by the moon and and exploration of everything she represents: intuition, creation, water, sacred feminine, sensual, primal, playful, loving, mysterious, full, deep, and dark. We will release, surrender, melt, allowing our intuition to guide us. Be wildly devoted, and take refuge in this devotion. Om Chandraya Namaha.
SONG CIRCLE W/ GLORIA & FRIENDS
Open up your heart, voice, body, and mind through chanting! Experience a musical devotional gathering as traditionally practiced in India and now throughout the world. Kirtan includes repetitions of call & response singing of a sacred mantra. Gloria will lead songs with her voice and harmonium and assist us in a joyful letting go.
BODY BLISS W/ KAMALI
Body Bliss is a sensual movement practice for women that lays the foundation for being more connected to your body, sensuality, intuition, and the realms of nature & the Goddess. We use mindful sense-based movement and breath, the help the emotional, physical, and energy bodies release tension and move beyond layers of the conditioned mind. From a ground of relaxation and pleasure, we can enter into a space where our movement becomes guided by a deeper wisdom.
DANCE PLAYSHOP W/ HELDINE
Set your inner goddess free with yoga, movement, and dance! Connect with all the chakras, shakti energy, and feel the flow of life throughout your entire body. This session will include guided breathing, visualization, freestyle forms, and lots of fun and play!

Menu/CuisineAll of our meals are organic and vegetarian, made with love and care.
We provide homemade yogurt and granola for breakfast. Lunches and dinners always include salads or salad bar. Each meal is self-served on a buffet table.
Accommodations14 guest cottages on 120 acres of property. Each spacious, quiet cottage has 2 private rooms, with high ceilings and a deck with a view. Cottages include jet tubs (or ADA shower), towels, deluxe linens, refrigerator, tea kettle, coffee/tea, kitchen sink/counter, diningware, dining table, and living room with a stove fireplace. Free wifi available and a landline telephone.
Guests can choose to have an exclusive cottage for ONE person; a private room for ONE person in a SHARED cottage; or a cottage for TWO people. Any additional guest after TWO is $100 per person per night. Meals and classes included.

San Francisco International and Oakland International airports are approximately three hours south of Ratna Ling by car. Alaska Airlines flies to and from Sonoma County Airport in Santa Rosa which is approximately 1.5 hours from Ratna Ling by car. Unfortunately, there are no shuttles that bring you directly to Ratna Ling, so it is best to rent a car or email us to support in coordinating a carpool with fellow retreatants.
