14.30 – 16.15: Afternoon Lecture. Teaching Practicum.

16.45 – 17.45: Shanti Evening Yoga, Movement, Meditation.

The nearest airport is Krabi Airport, Thailand.
It takes a out 1.5 - 2hr drive direct from the airport.
Shuttle buses can be caught at the airport - dependant on availability.
Private shuttle can be arranged by Moonlight, starting at 2,000 Bht per vehicle.
