Heal and restore your body with daily Yin Yoga classes gazing out at Lake Atitlan and its two majestic volcanos. Yin Yoga is essential to our Yang active lifestyle. This slower-paced yet challenging class will improve circulation, improve flexibility, release fascia and improve joint mobility. It also brings a balance to internal organs and heightens our flow of chi (or prana).
In addition to our daily Yin Yoga classes, enjoy rejuvenating, nightly 432hz Crystal Bowls, Tibetan Bowls and Planetary Gong Sound Healing sessions in our gentle wooden shala.
