About us

These are two special weeks in the season where we want to try a new concept for a retreat. Mostly the person who holds the retreat or offering a service, decide how much you have to pay for it.
But what we found out, is that everyone lives with different belief systems. And something that is cheap for someone can be expensive for someone else. And often everyone has an different budget to give and to spend. We want to try to give the responsibility back to you. You can come to us, and we will offer you a fantastic room with ocean view, breakfast, yoga, dinner, breathwork and more. 

After the week with us, you can decide how much you want to give for each service, depending on your experience.

Venue Highlights

At the large yoga shala on our rooftop, we offer different yoga classes each day, suitable for beginners and advanced yogis. These yoga classes are daily at sunrise and sunset.

Schedule

7.00am Wake up Yoga
1,5hr Hatha/Vinyasa Yoga based on the charka/element theme specific to that day

9.00 am vegan/plant-based brunch

10.00 am free time/Talks/Massages/ Treatments
During the afternoon, you will get ayurvedic Massages or Treatments, have guided group talks, can relax on the beach or take a surf class, discover the south of Sri Lanka or just relax and read a book.

17.30 – 19.00 Yin Yoga or Restorative Yoga
1,5hr based on the charka/element theme specific to that day with a long deep relaxation in the end.

19.30 – 20.30 vegan/plant-based Dinner

At our vegan cafe we serve you for breakfast and dinner healthy and delicious vegan food.
we’ve made every effort to create an organic, vegan, gluten free, sugar-free menu,
using only locally sourced, seasonal ingredients.
this is how we eat in the ayurvedic way.

Accommodations

Our five simple but with attention to detail furnished double/twin rooms have a private bathroom with toilet, air conditioning, fan and provide a fantastic sea view.

Directions

Its $60 from the airport with an taxi to our place. If you have more time you can simple take the bus or train.
