      Amazing retreat

    I did the 5 day retreat at Griffins Hill. This is my third and there are many reasons I keep going back: Frank is a highly experienced and knowledgeable teacher. He is warm and generous and creates a lovely group to work with. The group is small enough to get lots of individual attention and he is experienced enough to ensure that the diverse abilities are catered for. His attention to detail means that you learn a lot and go home with renewed enthusiasm for continuing your yoga journey. The yoga itself is worth the trip. Then add in the beautiful food that Jane prepares - much of it from her own garden. Fresh, tasty, nourishing and great diversity - all eaten at a lovely large, shared table with magnificent views of the nearby Grampians. The grounds of Griffins Hill are beautiful and with the backdrop of the Grampians it is a very special place indeed. I can't recommend this retreat highly enough. Do yourself a favour and book in.

      Do your yoga a favor...

    As a relative new comer to yoga the Griffith Hill retreat was like drinking from a fire hose, because Frank has so much knowledge and attention to detail. Even so it never felt overwhelming as Frank would tailor each session to the group, pushing everyone just that little bit further, but never too far that I felt overwhelmed. In fact I am now doing moves that I could not find accessible before - thank to Frank’s patient and thoughtful teaching style. I can wholeheartedly recommend this retreat to anyone interested in yoga and how their body moves. Apart from the yoga, which is great, the food and the location are also excellent. Jane makes every meal special, with a good selection of dishes and plenty to eat (even for me as a non-vegetarian). Do yourself and your yoga a favor...
