Stay in comfortable lodgings nestled in a rugged landscape of dramatic mountains and magnificent lochs, you can join in the exciting workshops with your hosts Clare Holohan of West Highland Herbal and Sun Fyre of Energised For Success.

Venue Highlights

Ardtornish is in the West Highlands of Scotland and is a remote, untouched and incredibly beautiful part of the UK. The Ardtornish team is passionate about the local area, and committed to sustainability and development of our community. The estate properties are now heated by an eco-friendly biomass boiler and have several hydro-electric schemes. Ardtornish holds a special place in the hearts of everyone who visits.

For your convenience, we meet at Fort William on Friday Nov 9th between 2pm-4p.m (unless you have independent transport). There will be a minibus and short ferry crossing to Location (included in price). Leave at 10a.m on Thursday Nov 15th to be transported back to Fort William.

Menu/Cuisine

Clare Holohan is providing the catering for the retreat. She has a keen interest in human nutrition and her background as a chef sparked a passion for creating and eating delicious, ethical, healthy food. During your stay you will be dining on produce from Clare's own garden.
Food will be full board delicious, nutritious & vegetarian including soups, smoothies, juices and hearty evening meals. Healthy snacks, teas and coffee are also provided.

Accommodations

Achranich house boasts spacious and comfortable bedrooms, a large sitting room with a wood burning stove, sofas and armchairs, a cozy dining room, with an open fire, and a good size kitchen complete with dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. There is also a large drying room for wet outdoor clothes and boots, a WC and recently refurbished shared bathrooms. The house retains traditional charm alongside modern requirements.

Directions

Fort William is a 2 hour drive from either Glasgow airport or Inverness airport.
