While we plan to adapt on a daily, moment-to-moment basis, to align with the feel and flow of the collective group, a typical day could look like...

We'll wake up around sunrise and start our day with intention and presence through group meditation and yoga, or a light hike around the property.
Afterward, we'll have some time for personal quiet-time and self-care.
We'll flow into a delicious, refreshing, and hydrating breakfast of green juice, fruit and green smoothies, fruit or fruit puddings.
Daytime activities will then follow, which will be on or off-campus tours, nature adventures, excursions, group health chats and QnA, or private therapies and sessions.
Lunches will consist of fruit and convenient snacks while out on the tours, and 3 on-campus lunches of raw cinnabuns, raw banana pancakes, and a buffet of exotic fruits.
There will also be some time before dinner to nap, rest, unwind, and reflect.
Dinner will be a 3-course raw meal beginning with a fruit starter and followed by salads and veggies with raw dressings and sauces, along with a dish slightly higher in fat.
Evening Activites will be laid back for casual group hangout, campfires, and games.
As tempting and easy as it is while on retreat to stay up late continuing to connect with new friends, process inner emotions, or bask in the good feelings from the day, it's essential to get enough sleep to mentally, physically, and subconsciously integrate and absorb everything that's taken place that day. This will ensure you're well-rested and feel physically and mentally well each day in order to remain present and open for all the gifts, experiences, and compounding breakthroughs that each day is sure to bring so lights out and quiet time will be around 9-9:30p.
