Experience 6 unforgettable days in beautiful Santa Teresa, Costa Rica. This movement retreat will draw from the disciplines of yoga, bellydance, and meditation to bring you closer to your authentic self.

Salads, Burgers, Sandwiches, Starters, and Main Courses, including fish, Tuna Tatiki, Ceasar Salad, Green Papaya Salad, Filet Mignon, Nachos, Calamari, Hummus, Caprese Sandwich etc.


SJO (San Jose International Airport) is the most affordable airport to fly into. You can then arrange with us to take one of our group shuttles to Santa Teresa. We recommend arriving before noon on Sunday, March 3rd. Alternative airport is Liberia.
