Infinite Heart Awareness Course

About This Event

This four week at home course will give you the practical tools to live from infinite heart awareness. It is completed with four one-on-one lessons by phone or skype. Refining our practice is an ongoing path. After each session you will use the wisdom you have learned and apply them to your interactions with others. In this way you will integrate the Quiet Heart into daily activities.  You will learn how to have communication from your heart and let it guide you.

Learning these steps grounds the practice in our wisdom, creating a sturdy foundation of Heart presence. Even if you have no time for sitting practice, these practices will help you stay connected inwardly, during daily life work and interactions. Inner peace, heart essence, and simple being are one in the same. When we touch the ground of our heart we can stand in simple truth and joy. Here we discover a place without separation. We find our inner being without limit or boundary.  Heartfulness meditation is an experience of vastness, of love.

As we find a personal pathway to our heart we experience our heart essence. This essence is our natural awareness.  It is pure, without the thoughts and feelings. Having access and communication from your deep heart, leads to a deeply satisfying spiritual life, heals stress, supports intimacy in human relationships, creates clarity and ability to resolve issues of daily life. Learn how to  “pause into being” and apply these practices in daily life… When we talk each week you have had real life experiences to experiment with and then the practice becomes realized within the daily life.

The Inner Lessons: 

Lesson One: Building a Pause Practice: Find divine guidance & mantra from your heart.

Lesson Two: Infinite Heart Awareness: Learn how to focus on absorbing heart essence in daily activities, while remaining in a calm mind.  Finding the motivating factors for building a practice.

Lesson Three: Personality & Humanness vs Divinity.  Learn how to nurture yourself on a daily basis, committing to non-judgement & gentleness.

Lesson Four:  Learn how to move awareness and recognize what builds Yin and diminishes Yang.

Four one-on-one sessions with Ruth Davis by phone or Skype. No experience with meditation necessary.   You will be asked to practice for 15 minutes twice a day, to read The Calling of Joy by Bruce Davis, and to journal each day. Upon completion you will have the tools and skills to create a ongoing spiritual practice.
