KAUAI YOGA + SURF GARDEN ISLE ADVENTURE RETREAT

About us

Ladies AND gents!

This winter, and holiday season press pause and treat yourself to 7 luxurious, nature-filled days on the Garden Island for a dose of Hawaiian magic. The north shore and it's countless beaches, surf locales, tropical hikes, and majestic water-fall laden mountains await us.

We'll slow down to revel in daily yoga practices, guided meditation + pranayam, surfing to our hearts delight, Stand Up Paddleboarding the island's rivers and ocean, SUP Yoga, hiking, beach days, waterfall chasing, and plenty of time to simply BE and enjoy life!

A wonderful and talented Vegan Chef, Miss Lisa Kelly from Boston, now living in Boulder will be joining us to provide us with 4 healthy and delicious vegan/vegetarian breakfasts and dinners in, and then we'll get out on the town for two breakfasts, and a dinner or two out at favorite local spots we love.

Our only worry is that you'll love the island so much as we do that you won't want to come home. Kidding! Kind of:) Kauai has taken up a large space in our hearts and we cannot wait to share all of the natural beauty and island MAGIC wth you this winter.

The journey not the arrival matters. T.S. Eliot

Lisa Kelly is the founder, chef and recipe/food blogger of The Vegan Pact. She has a strong passion for teaching individuals and families how to cook plant-based and assist them on their journey to better health. Lisa had taught countless public and private vegan cooking classes through the Boston area, traveled around the country cooking for large parties, catered to client's specific dietary restrictions and goals and has worked as a personal chef, prepping whole foods-based meals on a day-to-day basis for individuals. She especially loves introducing plant-based foods to people who swore they "could never go vegan" with hearty, tasty dishes that no one can believe are meat or dairy-free!
