About This Event

Der Erfolg von MBSR, dem weltweit bekanntesten Achtsamkeitstraining, ist vor allem darauf zurückzuführen, dass du während des Kurses erlernst, wie du die Einsichten der Achtsamkeitsmeditation wirkungsvoll in deinen Alltag transferieren kannst. MBSR ist daher kein klassischer Meditations-Kurs, sondern ein ganzheitliches Programm das Elemente von Körperarbeit (sanftes Yoga), Gruppendialogen, Impulsvorträgen und forschendem Fragen mit einbezieht.

Trainer: Thomas Zaussinger, Dipl. Ehe- Familien- und Lebensberater, zertf. MBSR- Lehrer, Lehrer für Interpersonal Mindfulness.

Note: If german is not your given first language, but you have a basic knowledge of it, you are warmly welcomed to join the training also. I would be happy supporting you in english during the training in case it is needed.

Why Retreat?

I teach yoga part time and am a mom of two toddlers full time. I love my life, but goodness do I need a break.
