MORNING PRACTICE - STRENGTHENING. DETOXING. INVIGORATING. MOVING
The foundation of our practice will centre on cultivating awareness with breath, body, mind, emotions, spirit. Forging pathways to clarity and honouring our intuitive intelligence of reclaiming our innate wisdom. We will delve deep into a daily practice of Ashtanga yoga. Gregor Maehle says that Ashtanga yoga is "one of the authentic representations of Patanjali's sutra that is still alive today". The morning practice will be a beautiful blend of Kriya yoga (cleansing), Pranayama (breathing techniques), Mantra (chanting) and healing Asana (poses). All poses can be approached to accommodate different levels of practitioners. Be prepared to sweat, to laugh and to embrace transformation. Your morning practice will strengthen your passion for yoga and inspire you to deepen your commitment to yoga and ultimately to yourself.
This class will vary in duration from 2 to 3 hours daily. You'll love it!
AFTERNOON PRACTICE - MEDITATION. STILLNESS. REJUVENATING. SOUND
Meditation is about cultivating a kind and clear presence of being. Adriana presents an eclectic and creative expression of approaching stillness that is her own unique form of meditation. She draws from her 30+ years as a yogi and offers very traditional techniques that will deeply change how you feel about stillness. We specifically work towards grasping clarity of mind. Each day we will build on from the previous to explore techniques to enrich your approach to meditation. Meditation is the science of where to place your focus.
Being on retreat means giving yourself time to grasp how to bring meditation into your world daily. It's magical!
This class will be offered for the duration of 1.5 hours daily.
FUN ADVENTURES - SNORKELLING. TURTLES. WATERFALL
Within this retreat you are treated to a three-hour snorkelling adventure of swimming with turtles. We will also visit an exhilarating waterfall on Lombok island where your prana (energy) will go through the roof.

I was lucky enough to attend Adriana's amazing Fiji retreat last October/November. I was relatively new to yoga but that did not matter at all. Adriana and my fellow retreat yogis were so knowledgeable and supportive which really helped my with my practice. Adriana had thoughtfully organised the retreat to the last detail. From sunrise beach meditation to paddle boarding through picturesque waterways of Savu Savu. I highly recommend booking in a retreat with Adriana!
